Two ways: the official Instagram Graph API (recommended for business/creator accounts) or a secure browser connector. With the browser connector, any login challenge is relayed to you in real time — we never store your Instagram password.
What counts as an "item"?
One unique incoming DM or comment that gets analyzed by AI. If the same message is re-analyzed later, it is never billed twice.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each workspace's data is isolated, access is controlled by roles, and secrets like tokens are encrypted at rest. We don't sell or share your data.
Can my team collaborate?
Absolutely. Invite teammates into a shared workspace with roles from viewer to owner. Billing, Instagram connections and member management are admin-only and enforced on the server.
